	Physical Appearance: Amethyst types have a standard shape and an incredibly intricate, faceted appearance. They have two arms and two legs. They have triangular eyespots and earnubs. They have bands of color that accent certain faces of their facets, especially around their head, neck, hands, and legs.

	Skin: Hard, sharp amethyst.

	Other Notes: Subtype of Jewel Type. Amethyst types vastly prefer tight environments, especially those that are underground. They enjoy activities that fall in line with more mindful lifestyles, such as meditation and yoga. Amethyst types are often drawn towards socialization which involves a spiritual aspect, though not necessarily religious, and are very outgoing otherwise. They congregate well with other jewel-type subtypes, a crowd of such often being to referred to as lapidary. They prefer foods that resemble rocks and other gems, such as candy rocks and rock candy, and they often drink mineral-enriched beverages, such a mineral water. Though the mechanism behind it is unknown, amethyst types do not experience the sensation of drunkenness and can drink all liquors as if they were water.
