Ice Pop Type

“Ice pop types are a common sighting in cold areas, despite their typing's notoriety as a summer treat….”

ID: 0981
Type: Ice Pop
Category: Food
Height: 3.75 inches.
Max Health: GREAT (6)
Ability: OUGHTA BE NICE

Ice pop types can break off parts of their slurry core to feed to other TCPs, providing a healing, cooling, and energizing effect. Notably, the way they do this is different from most other food types- the entire core extends upwards through the top of their head until a chunk of the desired length falls off. Though it is possible to consume an ice pop type by tearing through the plastic layer, it's much, much more comfortable for them to do it the other way.
Physical Appearance: Ice pop types have a rectangular shape and a slim build. They have two arms and two legs, both composed of thin plastic. Ice pop types have dot eyespots and pointed earnubs. They have a break in one arm. Ice pop types have an internal cavity which contains a icey slurry of sugar, flavoring, and coloring. This cavity is visible due to their clear plastic bodies.
Voice: Plastic crinkling and ice crunching.
Skin: Smooth, clear plastic.
Fluid: Partially frozen ice pop liquid.
Special Attributes: None.
Other Notes: Ice pop types require cold environments to be comfortable, with the more heat present, the more distressed they may get. While their internal slush doesn't melt, it does make them quite nervous and sluggish. They are very playful TCPs that enjoy frolicking in snow and sharing their sweet flavors with others. These TCPs are high energy and require a lot of socialization to remain stable. Their favorite food type products tend to veer into similar icy treats, with cold temperatures and high sugar content being a near-necessity. It is said to be careful when taking some slush out of the ice pop's body, as the plastic portions can be surprisingly sharp.
