Deer Type

Glitch Type

“'Glitchy patches', as they're known around here, are more of a spectacle than anything- although some glitch types are quite good at using them to make barriers.”

ID: 0061
Type: Glitch
Category: Abstract
Height: 6 inches
Max Health: FANTASTIC (7)
Ability: DEBUG MODE

Glitch types can sacrifice health to enter an ascended form and create areas of glitched space similar in appearance to a glitch in the digital plane- flashing colors and chunks of objects or numbers changing forms intermittently.

These areas feel odd to touch- it feels like a mass of small objects rapidly swarming around each other, and touching it for too long results in the fuzzy pins-and-needles feeling your body gets when it falls asleep. These areas can sometimes inflict a random effect on whatever enters them, or it may leave things coated in a completely random material. Most areas of glitched space are not solid enough to stand on, but their density varies.
Physical Appearance: Gitch types have a series of jagged markings going across their torso and left arm, dividing their body into four different colors. Their heads are square, and they have straight pointed earnubs and rectangular eyespots.
Voice: Scrambled, garbled TCP babbling.
Skin: Standard skin, but with a very slight feeling of fuzziness to it similar to the areas of glitched space the TCP can create.
Fluid: The physical texture is identical to standard fluid, but it gives off the visual appearance of colorful TV static.
Special Attributes: None.
Other Notes: Glitch types gravitate towards indoor environments, and greatly dislike most weather conditions- these pose no actual threat to them (more than the usual abstract type TCP, anyway), but they dislike them all the same. While many would expect a glitch type to be more interested in technology and the digital plane, many find their place as crafters and artists, making elaborate art pieces using their ever-shifting glitches. They are very social, though those who find their ability and manner of speech unnerving may have trouble befriending them. They prefer a variety in their food type diet, and if food does not suit their needs, they may attempt to change it with their ability (for better or for worse). While our exploration of TCPs in the digital plane is limited at this time, it is assumed that their ability will work similarly there as well.
