| Ability: I SHOULDN'T Restraint types can sacrifice health to enter an ascended form and increase a person's sense of self-control. They can choose to increase the target's general sense of self-control by a smaller amount, or increase their self-control towards a specific habit or temptation by a larger amount. |

| Physical Appearance: Restraint types are thin, wobbly TCPs with horizontal stripes across their entire body. They have crescent-shaped abstract eyespots and long, droopy earnubs. | |

| Other Notes: Restraint types do not have an ideal environment for living in, and can adapt to most settings fairly easily. Most restraint types are naturally reluctant to start new activities introduced to them, and have to be coaxed into trying new things, either by their own will or through others' suggestions. They have average energy levels, but do not expend excess energy unless absolutely necessary. They are not very social TCPs, and are not easily drawn to groups. Their preferred food type diet is very plain, with bold flavors being outright avoided at times. Restraint types are very slow moving, notable in how precise their motions are- in the rare case of them moving quickly, they move gracefully, with an almost surgical quality. |
