While it does not require health to ascend, there is another requirement. The TCP must direct an unsuspecting person to look at their hand whilst making a 'circle' gesture with it, their index finger and thumb touching. The 'circle' must be placed below the TCP's waist, and the target must not catch on to what the TCP is trying to do.
