It was there that they met [[characters:lover|Lover]] and gained intel on one of their enemy teams, with Bryce's careful use of marbles helping them check for potential traps.

 +After traveling to [[characters:spit|Spit's]] base on a rescue mission through one of the Void Team bags of holding, Bryce employed his weight gun strategy (with [[characters:jasper|Jasper's]] help) in order to take down a predatory [[wildlife:bungle|bungle]] flying overhead and threatening the group. The plan backfired- Bryce's weight gun worked as intended, swapping his and the bungle's weights and sending the bungle careening out of control, but doing so while Bryce was being held high above the ground. Bryce plummeted, and suffered a fall that nearly killed him, shattering his left leg entirely.
