  Coastal Nexus
Posted by: skinstealer - 02-10-2023, 11:03 PM - Forum: [CRITTER AU] - Replies (1)

The shores of the Nexus are a popular place to gather, whether it’s to fish, hang out, go swimming or diving, or have some kind of cool event. It’s generally considered a safe place as long as you don’t go too far out into the ocean, though weird things do sometimes wash ashore…

Don’t forget that you can “rent” some poles and go fishing- really, it’s just borrowing!

Places You Can Always Visit:

-The ice cream bar
-The dance hall
-The docks (full of ships and fishing rentals!)
-Tide pools
-The beach itself
-The water itself (don’t go too deep!)
-whatever else you can think of!

[This is an open roleplay area- if things look slow and you want to start things up again, feel free to interject with new prompts!]

  Nexus Community Garden
Posted by: skinstealer - 02-10-2023, 11:01 PM - Forum: [CRITTER AU] - No Replies

The Nexus Community Garden is more than just what the name implies- it’s more of a communal farm, sprawling and with plenty of room for livestock and animal rearing alongside crop production. While certain critters take up specific jobs here for the community, all of the resources are shared. Any goods taken into the market are traded more as an act of respect towards those who produced them, but there exists a building here in the garden itself for those in need of something completely for free, in times of need or hardship.

Places You Can Always Visit:

-Garden plots
-Crop fields
-Any of the various barns and greenhouses
-Livestock housing and fields
-The resource center (where people can grab free food/goods)
-Processing stations
-whatever else you can think of!
