okay, for those interested in the beta test...here's a quick reference of our goals.

number one: figuring out whether these friends are alive or not. we need to get as much data on their emotional development and communication as possible! so talk to your friends a lot, and feel free to post any interesting excerpts either here or in the group DM- either works, though i guess it depends on how public you want your conversations to be.

number two: how fun is it? this applies both for you, the tester, and the friends themselves- are they having fun? are they enjoying themselves? do they feel safe and content in their environments? if they are alive, we want to make sure the game has a solid enough framework to support them.

number three: general bug testing, keep an eye out for weirdness, etc. this game is taped together with magic bullshit i don't even begin to understand and i want people to give me as much feedback as they can on what this game's up to. i can't guarantee it won't interact with your abilities as well, so be careful and please report in if anything happens!

i may as more as time goes on, but that's a start.

Heyo. Not '100%' sure if I'm in the right spot or not, but usually this sort of thing is kinda spooky to people. I think.
Always been a fan of physical media and I've been meaning to try some new stuff, so long story short.
Gonna try doing tarot readings upon request, for fun. Kinda vaguely getting to the season this stuff's popular too right? I don't know.

[VOID_COWBOY]: funny thing about existing for ~2 years, you cant be nostalgic for the classics. I've played the original TERRor but stuff like Resonance Cascade 1 play super jank compared to modern games. So what are some good old shooters that don't play like shit?

Twilight Severance
It's rather bittersweet,
the existence of shining shards
looming above the gloom of concrete.

Due to smog and artificial light,
it's rather hard to see at night.
Even on a perfect post-day,

an observer can be led astray.
I suppose though,
in it's own way, those last
obstacles, chromatic spirals

and odd dust. are unique
from the drudge of artificial must.
Still, I feel it'd be ideal
to pierce the visual veil.

and see the light,
that which isn't of the day.
As if the distant other shine
would lessen weight of mine.

it likely wouldn't really help me or you,
but poems don't have to be true,
not in that way at least.

They're meant to be a beast,
of whims, remembrances, and other bits,
which are otherwise lost to time.

They form an eccentric little shrine.
And for some reason, a lot of people,
decide to make them rhyme.
