Yes, public relations. It's vital for me not to lose sight of who it is I work with, nor who I do my research for. With the position of relative power I've found myself in, I consider it important to keep a level head. Science and life both require a good deal of perspective.

Satellite types can convert their altitude and their knowledge of the current time into various forms of data about their environment, such as weather patterns or cartographic information. Their altitude determines how much world they are able to perceive; a satellite type on the ground can only inspect a very limited stretch of land compared to one at cloud level or in orbit. A satellite type's information is more accurate the more accurately it can perceive time; one who wears a watch they can read down to a tenth of a second has a far more accurate and detailed grasp of the world around it than one merely guessing by the positions of celestial bodies.
Physical Appearance: Satellite types can be mistaken for a standard TCP from a distance, but only barely. Their torso is boxy, and their arms, legs, and neck are formed from metal tubes bent into vague bone-like shapes, with disc-like or socket-like joints. Their arms and legs tipped in blocky hands or feet made from the same thin metal as their joints and torso. Their head is a satellite dish and their ear nubs are two smaller satellite dishes. In addition, they have two sets of wings sprouting from their back that resemble the solar panels of a satellite; the pair that sprouts from behind their shoulders is significantly larger than the pair that sprouts from their lower back.
Voice: Waveform tones in various pitches, mixed with static.
Skin: Warm, thin metal.
Fluid: Thin, oily in texture, transparent and glittery like a liquefied diamond.

If you are aware of any existing types in our database, you may request we send you one. I deal as little in randomness as possible; you must request a specific type, and you are free to ask for particular colours or patterns as well. Providing reference images or colour hexcodes is a great boon.

An example: If you wished to combine a tear type, a poppet type, and a bad vibe type, that would be...

250 points for a three-way hybrid, including preliminary research on one of its types.

This means a simple two-way hybrid can cost as few as 100 points or a highly complex and unprecedented five-way hybrid may be commissioned for 750 points. Whatever your needs, we may provide.

Devotion types can enter an ascended state in which they can perceive the devotion others feel towards various people, things, causes, actions, concepts, or anything else. While in this state, they can also expend health to increase existing devotion to a particular thing, or temporarily create a new devotion. The strength and duration of this devotion vary with the amount of health spent, the will of the TCP in enacting its abilities, and to what extent the emotion existed prior to the TCP's influence.
Physical Appearance: The distinctive round, hollow ears of a devotion type stand out at first glance, each tipped with a pair of tendrils. They are somewhat elongated, sinuous abstract types, with a longer neck than average. Their eyes are almost teardrop-like, ascending up their face, with heart pupils. The markings they bear on their arms, legs, and back are irregular and hexagonal, resembling quartz crystals, while those on their tendrils are tipped with a cross or anchor-like bar. In ascended form, they gain an extra pair of arms, an extra two pairs of tendrils, and a halo made from chains that trails down their back, ending in a ball of their own solidified fluid.
Voice: Emotional, determined TCP babbling.
Skin: Standard TCP skin.
Fluid: More viscous and prone to congealing than standard TCP fluid.
Special Attributes: The ascended state of a devotion type is somewhat "sticky" and works differently from the standard abstract type model; instead of wearing off after a set amount of time, the devotion type must actively exit their ascended state at an additional health cost. While in their ascended state, seeing the devotion of others costs nothing, but regeneration slows, and there is no way to turn off their empathetic sense without sacrificing health.
