You are grateful for the Pocket™ actually. But the axe might have cut you internally, you'll need to check on that. You can't feel anything around that area but it doesn't mean it's not a problem.
Having cleared your mind somewhat you slowly, delicately, move to roll over in position, and then re-orient yourself in a more stable position. You can't see anything, it's genuinely of no use checking up on yourself up here. You make the slow climb down. By the time you have reached the floor you feel faint.
What is to be done?
