[SNAP_TRAPPER]: so the last time I was here I mentioned we were getting another TCP
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: uh
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: well first she changed her name to Trophy while we were heading home
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: and as soon as we showed her to her room and mentioned that the woods were dangerous, she ran outside
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: Ren followed her at a distance to make sure she's safe but I'm confused
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: she's pretty weird
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: seems to be hellbent on hunting terrors, for some reason
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: has an eyeball as a cloak clasp
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: I get the feeling she's going to be out there more often than she's gonna be home
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: there's no shortage of spooky stuff to kill out there, so
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: I guess that's good for me
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: I have no idea how to deal with her when she is home though
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: she barely registered my existence
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: which is fine with me, but we're going to be living together
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: she should know more than just my name

[TASTY_TREAT]: does yours talk about a past life?

[SNAP_TRAPPER]: maybe her home is further north than Luxson
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: I don't know
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: she's not very talkative and I'm not one to pry
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: Ren has been giving her space so I'm doing the same
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: I hear her talking in her room sometimes when I walk past
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: agitated rambling, too low to make out except when she shouts at herself
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: I'm kind of worried about her
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: she doesn't seem like a danger to us or herself but she does talk about killing monsters a lot
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: says the eyeball on her cloak is a prize she extracted from the head of some sea monster
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: what sort of stuff does your new roommate talk about?

[TASTY_TREAT]: i don't really know how to say this without causing alarm, especially if she ends up getting an account here or something
[TASTY_TREAT]: but she talks about, well...hunting people.

[SHINY_SILICON]: THAT’S CERTAINLY DEFINITELY NOT GOOD. DO YOU NEED HELP.

[TASTY_TREAT]: i...i don't know?? all she's really done is go into my garden and pull up all my vegetables...which, you know, not great
[TASTY_TREAT]: and as far as i can tell she hasn't actually killed anyone yet, she doesn't have marks or anything
[TASTY_TREAT]: but you know hearing about people being hunted, and how enthusiastic she is about it...
[TASTY_TREAT]: it worries me a lot

[SHINY_SILICON]: Maybe we can make a plan for what to do if she tries to hurt you or someone else.
[SHINY_SILICON]: Would that make you feel safer?

[TASTY_TREAT]: yeah, maybe...
[TASTY_TREAT]: she's a slime type, i can say that much, and she calls herself some kind of terror-y thing
[TASTY_TREAT]: which as far as i can tell she isn't, but i guess she's not hurting anyone with that specifically

[SNAP_TRAPPER]: is she a horror, maybe?
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: I saw some TCPs like that out in the woods
[SNAP_TRAPPER]: they had the scariest aura I've ever seen, and they were all mutated somehow

[TASTY_TREAT]: she wears this terror costume everywhere
[TASTY_TREAT]: but i've seen her take it off and she's a normal slime type underneath, no marks or mutations or anything

[POTATO_CHIP]: Maybe... she's been a horror in her previous life then...?

[TASTY_TREAT]: yeah, apparently it's a thing with the latest batch of TCPs the lab's sending out
[TASTY_TREAT]: which i don't judge at all because like, sure, i've heard weirder
[TASTY_TREAT]: hell i've seen weirder on research missions
[TASTY_TREAT]: but regardless of past life or not, this TCP freaks me out
[TASTY_TREAT]: and if she really was something weird in her past life idk
[TASTY_TREAT]: this stuff makes my head hurt, haha

[SHINY_SILICON]: How’s your living situation set up? Is whoever you’re with aware that she’s acting threatening? Or I guess if you’re in apartments whoever’s in charge of the apartments...

[TASTY_TREAT]: we have separate houses in the same, like...gated neighborhood?
[TASTY_TREAT]: she lives a ways away from me too, but she always passes by when i'm fishing at the local river
[TASTY_TREAT]: i guess i could talk to the people who run this, but idk
[TASTY_TREAT]: they had to be matched to her, didn't they?
