[TCPDEX] TCP Research Initiative
#16
This is Lively, the town my application was referring to was Perchant, it was a station of a tramway line that went over the mountains even before the neighbouring zone froze.
A few of the cable machine yards are operating still, but all that is going up now are salvage teams. The TCP apartments are in an old hotel that has been converted to serve as a home base for the group that is working this observatory.

Most of the TCPs here are from elsewhere in Hearth, but there's some locals running services for information and purchasing goods...
It seems a third of the local TCPs regularly spawn inside a small warehouse where material was left after most of the yards shut down, but occasionally some will spawn in the area surrounding it.
Most of the irregulars were Form and Nature types, with the warehouse having large quantities of Storage and Body types spawning.
Apparently the warehouse held lost items in addition to what couldn't be moved away from the station, but has been stripped for materials by the resident TCPs to make better use of the space.

The salvage teams occasionally bring in TCPs from Bluster too, which end being cared for by the community here, even the ones unphased by the environment seem to prefer having company and support when they need it.
A couple seem to have been brought in by a team focused on rescuing TCPs, that travels to locations like this, given the distance they would need to cover, maybe they are working with Complexes for transportation?
