@chemtrails
Your report intrigues us...hospitals seem to be very active when it comes to spawn points, and that makes us wonder: is there a correlation between amount of scraps in an area and how active a spawn point is? Perhaps there's more to be learned here...Good work!
+10 points for report submission!

@RibbonCharm
Meadows seem like an ideal spawning point for TCPs, especially if they're close by to a city (let alone one as big as those found in Hearth...). We should look into making some easy to construct structures to set up in areas like that...Good work!

Finding ways to keep TCPs that spawn in urban areas safe is a challenge, and one that we'd like to solve. There's a lot of research to be done on our end in creating safe habitats that we can spread around...and get permission to do so, on top of that. Good work!

TCP "collection" is highly illegal, as you'd imagine- thank you for reporting this crime to us. We'll be sending out representatives to investigate personally, and if possible, we'll try to acquire the storefront ourselves and renovate it into a proper lab outpost. Thank you, and good work!
