The simplest way to handle this would be to pair people up and do some sparring matches. With Filigree in the party, we now have five members, so Stretch can rest its back and focus on giving advice as needed.
Take plenty of breaks, make sure nothing gets too heated due to interpersonal drama, maybe throw in some target practice and punching trees, and you should be good to go!
