"First up we had a nuclear fallout event, we had to quickly get everyone and all the animals inside but we managed it. Thankfully our colony is set up in a way that makes these kind of events very easy to deal with, especially now that we're growing our crops inside our base."

I absolutely loathe these long events, at the very start of the colony we had a nuclear winter that lasted 2 years and thats why the entire colony is indoors mostly, it suuuucked and I was getting constant notifications about colonists freezing, especially Bux and Skrapak. Thankfully we are prepared for this shit now, the entire colony is temperate controlled and self sustaining with food and materials. We have plenty of silver to trade for anything we don't have... like maybe way too much silver...



"With everyone inside the pawns have been focusing on relaxing and socialising. Lots of babys to take care of so you can almost always see someone feeding or playing with one. Jackie taking care of his niece is very sweet.... if only Dear had stepped up to be a father...

Shivak as well is looking after the children, interesting. Maybe he regrets leaving his child with Gerjorn? It might be too late for their relationship but he can still be friendly with the kids..."

I actually have never seen Dear taking care of Honove or any of the kids. His first child Valery was already old enough to feed and clothe herself, I've never seen him teaching her but she's taken care of by everyone else so I've never really been worried... Maybe Surozz isn't letting him see Honove, I wouldn't blame her if she was still pissed off at him for leaving her.




"Naoko and Rosa are having a second child! I was wondering when those two would have another kid, I bet they'll be just as cute as little Ryo. Honove isn't struggling to make friends thankfully, all the kids playing in the colony as so damn cute..."

Naoko and Rosa have two kids currently and three when this one is born, Ophelia and Ryo are both great, the Lisecki family is so damn big and it makes me proud that they've all been together so long. I'm also glad Honove has had no issues even with his parent's conflict. Hopefully that remains the case...

Our prisoner Impmate's partner must have died when we released him because she's pretty upset about her psychic bond breaking. Yikes, sorry about that... Maybe we could have prevented it..."

Jiov and Glasses are probably my favourite couple aside from Roman and Britni, I remember when Jiov first came to the colony as a 17yr old raider, a lot of people would ignore him because he's technically and adult by Rimworld standards but I always notice when the raids include teenagers and I try my best to avoid hurting them. Either way, these two have an incredibly solid relationship I have never seen either upset or demean the other, they've always been together since the very start of the colony.

I enjoy these little moments when pawns are hanging out in groups, there's no real mechanic for group gatherings outside parties and rituals and those are usually waay to big to keep track of so it's nice when they organically hang out in a room doing whatever.
