Some fun designs and colour choices on Mile's end, what sort of vibes would the area Letterhead lives in have?

hold on let me look up what the name of the city is...okay i don't think we named it. it's a city setting we've been developing with the heartsongs and is a sprawling (relative to TCPs, anyway) metropolis on the far north side of hearth that's founded by, governed by, and inhabited exclusively by TCPs. it's considered a haven to many but it has a lot of structural problems due to the fact that the districts are generally chosen by different clusters of typings (such as sensory types getting a district, etc) and this, while an attempt to be accomodating, does let TCPs that either don't fit the standard model for their typings, hybrids, and/or TCPs that just don't fit nicely into categories fall through the cracks.

as such, letterhead probably lives in a district related to crafts and stationary-related typings, where hazards such as water and fire are avoided as much as possible to avoid serious injury. probably covered roofs even on walking areas and streets, and a focus on selling stationary and office goods to those looking for wares. probably a pretty popular district to shop, honestly. everybody needs shit to write with.

thankssssss rin designed braxton and badd but i claim their vibes were made for me

needy thinks that mob work is what they're meant to do, especially with helping their family- but it's rough work and they're really only able to get as far as they do because of their family connections. they probably get bullied a lot by other people in the mob and brush it off as "just part of the job".

cecilia's stuff actually does show up in the actual felid factor project. i tried very hard to write it in a similar way to how we wrote things as kids, because while cecilia isn't a kid at all, she definitely isn't well versed in writing and is very sheltered from the real world, similar to our deal.

pronouns: they/them but uses masculine terms like dude/guy
likes: cakes, sweets
character relationships: not sure. i think theyve been kept pretty isolated, partially because they see their typing as inherently dangerous to others and even if they wouldnt use it to actually eat/digest anyone, they're scared of people assuming that of them and hide themself away. if shoved in a trial chamber with other people they tend to be very withdrawn and go with whatever the gameplan is, very passive even if they have a lot of ideas for how to solve a puzzle.

speaking of, they're good at analyzing situations, which probably gets them heat in the case of them Not saying something that's obvious to them but not other trialgoers

probably a lot of books. kind of thinking they're a nerd. they might have a small weapon such as a pocket knife, and a bag to hold it (and other trinkets), but it'd be something multipurpose. good for cutting ropes and such. probably looks longingly at stuff like toys and comfort objects but can't actually warrant spending impressions on it considering they aren't very good at getting them in the first place

How do they feel about their overseers?

very fearful of the overseers and doesn't like to speak ill of them out of worry of being punished. gets very nervous around TCPs talking escape plans or outright revolution because even though they would really like to be out of here, they are terrified of trials being made harder on them or other people as punishment.

How do they feel about their isolation? Do they long for companionship, or have they found a form of it elsewhere?

hush is very lonely and definitely wants some companionship, but feels like it's too dangerous for anyone to get close- even if their ability very much requires their own agency, considering they can control the rate that their internal acid digests things at. they see themself as born to be a predator even if they Really Aren't, and thus see their isolation as a necessity.

What has been their least favorite trial room so far?

probably any trial rooms which require them to use their ability, which i haven't figured out yet- the ability to make pitcher plants and control them is kind of a selectively applicable thing and primarily useful for traps, which when they don't want to hurt other people...idk

If they went to school, what classes would they find easy? What would they struggle with?

they would probably find anything to do with literature easy, and math as well. i feel like theyd struggle with stuff like public speaking or anything that requires a lot of group projects. also, gym class.

What do you think their fashion sense would be like?

i think they'd like casual clothes, probably just t shirt + jeans type person. if they're feeling brave, they try a cool jacket or something.

Tell us about Motley and the Ghost Crew! any art of them you can show?

motley's ghost crew is pretty underdeveloped- we're considering having other system members write for the ghosts because it'd be a nice opportunity for people to get more writing under their belts. they are however in an open relationship-y situation with motley, who helps them scavenge around for more scraps to help out their memories and physical capabilities. motley doesn't like engaging with any of them in a more intimate way unless they're fully cognizant, but even without a relationship present, they tend to stay at motley's house and help with things like chores and errands. one weird family.

frost, xavier's comber sona, loves the snow and winter despite the fact that his body Very Much Does Not. he likes being able to bundle up in a million layers and drink hot cocoa and coffee, and thinks snow is super pretty. wilson is also a winter enjoyer, for similar reasons.

A petsite type with a love for its ability, and a penchant for scampering around complex trial chambers with ease. A little bit grating to some, but it's less naive than it looks.


Mackenzie - Maze Trials - Christi Mortis
A reanimation type with an understandably cynical outlook about the situation she's in. When not seething about the dangerous trials she's put through, Mac longs for better ways to express herself.


Dale - Maze Trials - Percy Mortis
A lawyer type known for her sunny attitude and gentle touches. She is part of Petal's entourage of TCPs, and is more than happy to help with any tedious tasks needing to be done.


Petal - Maze Trials - Nana Mortis
A proxy type with a stern nature and multiple kill marks to back it up. Runs a faction of TCPs focused on strategic ability use, and is their proud leader.


Sweetheart - Maze Trials - HOUNDE Mortis
Known as Sweet for short, Sweetheart is a lubrication type with a bit of a dazed look about her. Enjoys puzzles and desserts, does not enjoy thinking about the concept of gender.


Patchy - Maze Trials - Ellerie Mortis
A patchimus type with a bone to pick, tired of being treated like a soft and fuzzy toy by other TCPs. Even so, they don’t mind being picked up by their friend Tendril.


Pine - Maze Trials - Ellerie Mortis
A heavily modified warmth type groomed into strange and violent rituals involving TCP fluid. Completely unaware of the nature of the trials and wellbeing of other TCPs.


Ruth - Maze Trials - Ellerie Mortis
A queen type most well known for being Patchy’s late “girlfriend”, even if Patchy never fully agreed to the terms. Known for being blunt and headstrong before her death.


Tendril - Maze Trials - Iris Mortis
A gentle, kindly claw type with heavy modification work done to it- seemingly with no rhyme or reason. Its body is full of wires, strange electronics, and what seems to be mechanisms there for the sole purpose of causing it pain.


Shauna - Maze Trials - Xavier Mortis
A scorned hedgehog type turned powerful scrap user, Shauna is known for her cruel methods of exacting justice in the trials. Full of anger, compulsive instincts and a deep loneliness, she refuses to act with any peers or companions.


Layman - Maze Trials - Remus Mortis
An emerald type making herself known as a mechanic who prefers to fix things over ordering new ones with impressions. Sturdy and reliable, but a bit to the point about things.


Fin - Maze Trials - Fran Mortis
A god type sealed inside a test tube chamber, her only companion being Crater, a high god type kept in the same room. She has telepathic powers due to one of her unknown domains, and uses it to keep Crater company.


Crater - Maze Trials - Herian Mortis
A high god type contained inside a test tube chamber, kept sealed away from the rest of the trials. Fin is its only friend, and it would give the world to keep her safe.

Delaney [headspace form pictured]
A member of the Comorbidity System that takes the form of a punk slug dopple in headspace. Delaney doesn't enjoy the more monster-inclined aspects of her shared life with the others, and would rather settle down as a totally normal girl...mostly.



Tiptoe
Not much is known about this borzoi concept, aside from the fact that he shows up in people's dreams unprompted. Should you run into him, you may be asked for a sword duel...



Bloodthirsty
A love type that works as a butcher and taxidermist of strange, spontaneously spawning livestock. Bloodthirsty remembers the session she was spawned into more than she'd like, especially the modifiers induced...


Unzipper

A computer type residing in an assisted living facility for TCPs that don't fit into society. Unzipper got into trouble downloading suspicious files off of the internet, and has to pay the price of viruses in their head.

A blitz type that fights anyone who comes their way in the trials. They're a part of Petal's entourage, and play the role of the team fighter.



Slop
A member of Wretch's most recent TCP team, this revenge type has a bone to pick with Spit and her TCPs. Slop is devoted to Wretch entirely, but often lets her cockiness get her in trouble.

Matchbox [Supercyber]
Not much is known about this spitfire, or who she makes links with...Matchbox is definitely feared in the Violence District, though, and rumor has it that those seeking her power find themselves able to beat any opponent.

Rusty
This cosmonaut works as a mechanic in the Nexus, and will fix pretty much anything you bring her. Watch out, though- she has a good bit of sass.

better than anyone he's coming across, probably

up until a point- if he starts getting desperate, he will resort to dirty tricks no problem. survival is more important to him than any kind of "code", but he likes to put up a good presentation first.

Is he dramatic?

Any particularly interesting dreams he visited?
a long time ago, he visited the dream of someone far stronger than him, stronger than most people could ever dream of. he holds his defeat in that dream as a point of anger, and uses it to carry him forward.

What's the livestock Bloodthirsty works with like? What does she think about her job?
the livestock bloodthirsty works with don't have a lot of thoughts in their heads and have a simplified, sheep-esque appearance. her job is fairly necessary due to her needing blood to survive, but she makes a good amount of money selling meat and parts of the skeleton, and that's fine by her. it's gruesome work, but somebody's gotta do it.

What's it like for Unzipper to deal with viruses in their head? Are different ones distinct/with different effects?
they're kind of adjacent to hallucinations/intrusive thoughts, but it'd be fun to consider a sapient one sometime. they get triggered by different stimuli/situations, and they try to avoid them as much as possible.

What's Rusty's favorite or most weird thing she's fixed?
probably a jukebox or something? she likes complicated fun stuff like that.

she's very good at working with pieces that actively involve the skeleton, instead of more "traditional" stuffed ones. she has absolutely done bad taxidermy and it took her a long time to get her skills in order- it's not like this is a very common interest for TCPs, and complex-scale resources don't always do the trick.

What sort of person does Tiptoe find himself drawn to, romantically or otherwise?
tiptoe does not make good relationship choices and is often attracted to people who won't give him the time of day- and his standoffish attitude doesn't help, either. his most ideal partner would be someone he could cross swords with any day in a sort of rival-ish relationship, but he keeps getting caught up with people who are just dicks instead.

What sorts of rewards does Jacob go for? How do they feel about their overseers?
as a part of petal's group, they put their rewards towards things the group agrees on in advance. this is often stuff like variety packs of snacks for easy health regen, but they also enjoys supplements and stimulants when they get to pick out a little prize for themself.

What sort of drink would Delaney get from a coffee shop? Does she like to get out of the house when she fronts, and if so, where does she like to go?
delaney would probably get something black and pretend she likes it when she really really doesn't. she prefers not to front in general due to feeling like their collective body doesnt "fit" her, both on a dysmorphia level and the whole blood fever thing- but if she did leave the house, she'd probably go hang out in a park.
