uhhhh hm. did you know that deer are obligate carnivores and can and will eat birds for nutrients. they do this

I'm tempted to make this fact worse but will refrain for now

Instead:  Pandas have a normal bear digestive system, so functionally they're carnivores. They have to eat a ridiculous amount of bamboo to make up for this (40 pounds a day I think). This is part of why they suck at surviving

honestly it'd be fun to make a list of animals we really want to make characters out of. objects too, concepts, etc...could be a fun forum thread?
