Dead limbs are subject to total loss of sensation and movement, as well as extreme pain wherever it connects to the rest of the body. Like most TCP abilities, killing a part of a person's body is only temporary, but killing a person entirely is permanent. This ability does nothing if used on a nonliving object, or a being composed of inorganic materials such as metal or fabric.
