The entrance to the tunnel was Flambe's only way out. The light blinding after the darkness of the cave. They crawl out from the tunnels, horror sludge slick on the walls, the radiation penetrating deep into their fluid. Flambe finally flops out onto the sand, looking out into the vast desert. After all that crawling, how far will they have to walk now?
