Vampire types can restore health by feeding on the fluid of other TCPs. This is done by pressing their face against another TCP's neck (or some equivalent area). There is no visible tear or puncture left in the victim after a vampire type is finished- the fluid seems to just disappear from the target as the vampire type's health is restored.
