I'm no Flexin doctor, but there's probably a connection between the numbness/lack of energy and the fact that you haven't had a real conversation since you spawned. I'm guessing this is what being hungry feels like.

Start simple. Ask them their pronouns and what their role as a "support person" entails. From there, just... Try and find common ground, I guess. You're probably going to have to give a brief recap of the events leading up to your spawning if they don't already know about that, but if anything, having a past should make it easier for you to find a topic. What movies have you seen recently? What sports team are you following? What's the climate like here compared to where you're from? Any hobbies or games you enjoy that you'd like to discuss with them? Sky's the limit.

Conversation is kind of like riding a bicycle. Once you get moving, it should be easy enough to stay that way. Hopefully.
