belle's old for a TCP, and the clearest indicator of it is the vintage telephone she has for a head, both physically representative of her age and symbolically representative of the shit she's gone through. did she attract the attention of a bored god? did a TCP use their ability on her? who knows! she killed a guy and she still doesn't regret it. she's a very kind old lady though, happy to talk your ear off about her life stories and offer you TCP-edible baked goods. just don't take her on in a fight
