Buddy ignores the flickering light from Primus' room when the music box is created, cautiously circling it before sitting down and running its hand over its surface. It seems more interested in the texture of the object than anything else, until it clicks open and scares the tiny cat person terribly.
It takes it a few moments to calm back down, shifting back into a sitting position and realizing that the box is playing music for it; a tiny, private concert. Maybe new things aren't so scary.
