Lyric leaned back in her desk chair, taking a drag of her vape pod. "Seems like they finally found out how to make a firewall-" she sighed.
Sonya, Who was sitting in a beanbag next to her, replied "Told ya that would happen, those eggheads really don't like when people go digging into their dirty laundry."
"Thank you captain obvious~' Lyric sneered, elbowing her girlfriend. "You're welcome captain unobservant~" Sonya quipped back, chuckling a bit.
Lyric closed the browser tab, rolling her eyes; "Well now what? They know we're trying to find out what happened during the blackout, and we can only log into their databases so many times before they start rolling out 2 step authentication-"
Sonya paused, scratching her armpit, "Well, I have a Few Ideas..."

[To begin, we affixed a artificial metal head onto her neck; being essentially a roughly head sized metal box covered in wires and sensory arrays housing a vat-grown brain inside.]
[The next order of business was connecting it to the spinal cord: which was easily accomplished by 3d printing new neurons onto the severed stump and attaching it to a port on the head]
[After quickly patching up all of her other wounds, the body was ready to undergo the soul infusion procedure.]
[Using a codensation chamber- Sonya's soul was located on the outskirts of purgatory, having not yet been judged by the higher powers.]
[A seance was then promptly conducted- summoning said soul into a capture array; which then piped it in into a containment flask.]
[From there, the containment flask was hooked up to the brain and then emptied into it- successfully integrating it into the brain.]
