Another World's Cat at the Marigold Altar

Felis Caléndula! Sorry for running a bit behind, hopefully you're still here long enough to read this.
So first thing's first, as you can see we got the altar together!  It took a bit of work but the gang was willing to pitch in to put things together. Still close friends, we split off work-wise a lot more these days but we'll sneak in plenty of team up gigs from time to time...

There's one new addition this year though! Faint, Mantis guy I talked about last year? Well we finally are a thing I guess! You would've liked them a lot I think, maybe next time we'll be able to make it proper together and you can take a peek for yourself. Think they'd be nervous though..

Paige is doing good too, we've both been doing a lot more reading together lately. Regret not getting as much in the past couple of years but we'd been busy.. Work, a lot of traveling, tying some loose ends with old friends. Lot on my plate, wish I had more time to visit though.

I finally got the Albondigas right by the way! Getting the meatballs perfect always threw me off, don't know how you always nailed it but I'm happy I finally pulled it off! Next time I'll make you some and you can see how close they taste for yourself. For now though we made sure you got your favorite coffee, bit hard to import this year but Nyx hooked me up.

Besides that? I guess it's always weird coming here each year. Miss you a lot, everyone does. Know I sound like a broken record at this point but... world's not the same without you. Gets a little bit easier each time but it never goes way, you know? Thinks like cooking, sewing, trips to the swap meet, ya'll introduced me to a lot. Keeping up with them does a lot for me.

I guess at the end of the day even though you're not here right now, you still are. Everyone's strong because of you, everyone's a little bit better because you were there. We still think of you everyday. Getting a bit wordy but..

I love you, we all do. We hope that wherever you are you're proud, you're making waves on the other side, you're up there with the stars shining brighter than anyone else. Cause at the end of the day there's nothing that can replace you, god knows it.
