okay! shit is kind of fucked over here financially post-como's-laptop-nightmare! we've begun work on Kaleidoclub, an 18+, kink + plurality focused project with both mature/explicit stories contained within it, meant to be short, affordable, and easy to pick up off of our itch.io as small twines with light sketch illustration. so far plans are just to work with Como on it, but other people may be brought in for non-romantic/sexual plotlines down the road. to help fund this and also help us do things like get cat vet appointments handled and tame our horrible yard so that the pseudo-home owner's association doesn't kill us, we're opening a donation pool where people can send in money and either directly request a prompt or add one to a raffle pile.

for every 25 USD you donate, you get to add another prompt to the pool beyond your initial three.
for every 50 USD donated overall, a raffle prompt gets pulled.
donating 100 USD means you get to directly pick a prompt from the pile, or suggest your own. this counts past donations, so if you donated 50, you just have to donate 50 more to get this.
raffle pulls will not begin until there are at least 10 suggestions up for picking.

anyone can suggest up to three prompts for the raffle pool for free, both SFW + NSFW allowed. we have some limitations on what's allowed and what isn't, and some thematic ideas for you to pull from. you are encouraged to discuss ideas on our Discord or even develop them as a group, just as long as everyone respects the amount of stuff they can add to the raffle.

if your idea gets pulled, either by your own choice or by pure raffle luck, you will get exclusive peeks at the story as it's being developed! feedback will be limited due to the nature of these projects being very personal, but you will get to see the story before anyone else in the community (and also, get a final copy of the twine when released). you can also add a new idea to the pool!

The General Premise
The Kaleidoclub is a group of friends that meets up in various spaces within the college campus-like Artist Colony where they reside- usually to talk over things such as plurality, kink, and queer topics. All of its members have been through hardships and are dealing with varying levels of disability, but a good number of them also have more gay shit on their mind- and exploring it with each other. Not everyone in the club is romantically or sexually involved with each other, and the commitment level of the relationships that do exist varies...but there's always something going on, and plenty of stories to tell.

you do not need to know every single character (there are a lot) to suggest for this project! the main character(s) (systems) and topics we're interested in will be listed out below, and any clarification can be asked over Discord- you're encouraged to ask "hey, would a character work for this setup?" or "what characters would be good for [x] scenario?" and we'll respond as best as we can.

There are 13 main characters available in the Kaleidoclub, though 12 of those characters are plural and technically encompass a lot more than that! The 12 systems live in groups of 3, and are thus grouped here based on living situation. Asking for more information on the characters via our Discord is highly encouraged, as is developing an idea to suggest in a group.

Notable members listed aren't the only options for characters- these are just ones that front frequently or have particular internal relevance, thus making them more prominent in the plot overall.

APARTMENT 292

STYLIZED FIGURES- A dragon concept with a paint program motif- the colors on their color palette change with the fronter. They mainly do a mix of digital and traditional art in the artist's colony, and dabble with sewing and handicrafts on rare occasions. The aesthetics they go for varies wildly, and they can be best described as a jack of all trades, but masters of none. They struggle with motivation and adequately splitting both artistic and fronting duties up, and their work varies hugely based on who's fronting. Interests this system gravitates towards are artistic-related kinks such as drawing, writing, and photography, BDSM, objectum, transformation, different materials such as plush and latex, roleplaying, and size difference.

GLOWSTICK SYSTEM- The Glowstick system is all about partying and music, and work in the artist colony as an album artist and DJ. A lion concept with a bioluminescence motif, it's hard not to spot Glow from afar. Their love of rave culture and online spaces is renowned in the spaces they're in, and they're never seen without a messy, neon outfit. Their system gets along fine, but agreeing on self destructive actions is still self destruction...with many of the other members of the Kaleidoclub worried about their wellbeing. Kink-wise, they're interested in transformation, BDSM, roleplay, and kink events/spaces.

KATT- A tabby cat concept with a neon motif. Having dealt with a bad family and relationship history, this concept turned to media as a major comfort, and developed an introject-heavy system as a result. They identify as casual gamers, but do have a deep love of horror media as well. In the artist colony, they make comics, and publish them online. Due to having the largest (and most chaotic) system in the Kaleidoclub, the kinks Katt can be considered into (and the kinds of relationships they're seeking out) are hugely across the map.

MOMENTUM SYSTEM- A horror mutated scottish fold concept with an eye motif- or is it eyelashes? Momentum works in the art colony as a fashion designer, and their system works together to make unique, bespoke garments with a cutesy feel out of thrifted finds. Their system can best be described as very "cute", with all of its members having some degree of focus on adorable aesthetics and visual appeal. They have cooperation issues due to some system members disagreeing on how their day to day life should be handled, but they care about each other deeply all the same. Those in the system who want to engage with kink tend to lean towards dressup, hypnosis, objectum/toy stuff, dollplay, sex toys/gear, transformation, and size difference.

GREENHOUSE SYSTEM- A mouse concept with a breeze motif, of small stature and deceptively high motif complexity. Known as Greenhouse or Green as a collective, this system works in the art colony as a gardener and farmhand. They're one of the most cooperative systems in the Kaleidoclub, but struggle with feeling interesting in the eyes of others. They enjoy reading and studying different kinds of plants and locales, something reflected by their headspace divided into different biodomes. Compared to the other club members, they have fairly mundane interests when it comes to kinks and relationships- but even so, some of the Greenhouse wish to find someone to hold.

TOOTHACHE SYSTEM- A horse concept with a shifting food motif, with the specific dish focused on varying by system member. A system of 8 members that works as a chef in the art colony's mess hall and restaurant programs- wherever they're needed most for the day. They spend time researching different cuisines and coming up with their own spins on dishes, always striving to come up with something new. They are a fairly cooperative system, though their organization system can be more likened to a workplace than a family or group of friends, with most of the system treating each other like professional peers even when living in the same headspace house. Due to being a motif-switcher, they undergo physical transformation every time they switch, something that can range from visceral and violent to completely under control. Those in the system who want to lean into kink play and relationships tend to have an interest in, naturally, hard vore and foodplay.

RUNIC SYSTEM- A cat concept with a slipper shell motif, making their place of the artist colony with magical crafts. The actual scrap sensitivity and affinity of each member varies, but they all find their place with their work. Disagreements often crop up about what risks to take and what matters to let lie, and the system has a history of messing with things they shouldn't. They generally skew towards having magic-related kinks, and sometimes have the powers to even back those interests up in the external world, not just headspace/dreamscapes.

THE DECOMPOSYSTEM- A rabbit concept with a high complexity acid motif, to the point of needing specialized, protective equipment for both attire and living situation. Formerly a lab experiment, they were raised alongside Tuner as childhood friends. They are prone to getting sick and struggling to deal with said chronic, motif-based illness, and the system's efforts are mainly focused on maintaining their health. Their focus in the artist's colony involves writing, and they often work alongside Tuner. Not all of the system is good at managing their conditions, and conflicts usually revolve around that and the social isolation that results. Kinks they're into generally involve medical play, and are usually kept to dreamscapes/headspace in order to prevent acid damage to any partners.

TUNER SYSTEM- A griffin concept with a wire motif, this system was raised as a lab experiment alongside the Decomposystem. Robotic parts are embedded into their body, often causing them pain and illness. They are capable of hooking up into almost any electronics and entering digital space, able to jump around wifi and phone networks at will. Any system member that leaves the system to travel digital space will (generally) be snapped back after a period of time, though how much time varies from member to member, and can be very extensive. They work on writing with the Decomposystem and do website work for people in the artist's colony. Bickering is very common with this system, especially when it comes to how to handle social aspects of their life and their bipolar disorder. Their kinks vary between wanting to involve their robotic nature and avoiding it entirely based on system member, and can range from wanting hardcore BDSM to praise-focused cuddling and affection.

COMORBIDITY- The Comorbid System, sometimes referred to as Comorbidity, is a wolf concept with (inert) horror slime motif. They participate in the artist's colony with their horror script-writing skill, but have yet to score a proper pitch deal. While intimidating just by merit of their appearance, they carry a dark secret- being afflicted with blood fever, a condition that requires them to drink fresh blood regularly or risk turning into a terror-like state. They generally choose to feed off of those in high standing due to the low risk of them having insufficient resources to receive medical care, but many of their system disagreements center around the morality of feeding on anyone in general. Their kinks tend to skew towards the more hardcore end of things, such as bloodplay, gore, hard vore, and BDSM.

BEAU- Beau is a plural poodle concept with a love motif, known for their tendency to get into relationships and casual hookups more often than anyone really should. The Kaleidoclub tries, at the very least, to make their efforts at intimacy more pleasant and safe, and steer them away from any more dangerous partners. They work in the artist's colony as webcomic authors. Their main issues revolve around their relationship tendencies, with very few of the system agreeing on what they want out of a committed partner. Their kinks are wide and varied, and depend heavily on member- but whatever they get into, it's generally intense.

TOYBOX SYSTEM- A teddy bear concept with a motif that switches based on fronter, often drastically, but generally related to different substances and materials. Toybox works as a writer, typically of horror, and publishes their novels in small, independent circles. They are workaholics who find solace in their massive toy collection, as well as being toys themselves. They do not get along well all the time, and often have arguments about how to manage fronting time. Kinks they lean towards usually involve toys, objectum, and dollplay, though they have a deep interest in gear and other BDSM-esque topics as well.
