You see a colossal wheel-type with overalls and a grease stained t-shirt standing at a grill, flipping food type hotdogs and regular burgers alike. He waves when he sees you approaching, and points you to an area set up with picnic blankets, a few yard games, and picnic tables, sized for complexes and TCPs alike. "Oh, hello there! I'm Ferris, it's a pleasure to meet you! Just thought everyone could take a break and relax a little bit, please, take a seat!"
