It's been fun! My roommate gets a lot of cats who visit her, so we've been giving them cupcakes. She likes the personalized touch of those over candy I think.
I got to help with decorating them to look like movie monsters, think they look pretty good if I may brag.

i've been helping out with a neighborhood block party!! i made all kinds of cakes...they didn't turn out amazing, my skills lie more in cooking meats...but people seem to really like them!

How do those? I don't think I've been to a block party, let alone heard of one. I'm not much of a party person, but I'm sure your cakes would have been great.
Did anyone dress up? Koko, roommate, made me this year because I owe her a few favors
