This affects anything that speaks, including electronic devices. The normal voice of the target will be removed and overwritten with a new, different voice. |
| :::                 |**Physical Appearance:** Voice types are large TCPs with an elongated neck. They have stripes on their wrists, ankles, and neck, and have markings on their face. They have slanted eyespots, sideways earnubs, and a nonfunctional mouth. |
