tcp base edits and such - gyiyg - 10-03-2023

i've been cleaning up some of the sketchier base lines a bit for some tcps as i've been editing them, mostly just because it's easier for me to match cleaner lines than the sketchier ones, so i figured i would put them somewhere in case anyone else wanted to use them
