You are a transcriber, someone who contracts witches and entities via radio and documents them for various purposes.
You've prepared everything for your little experiment: Caffine, your cloak and mask for protection, notepads to keep transcripts, tape recorders, and a handy little music player with bootlegs of otherworld tunes loaded.
Your tribute sits nearby, a vessel for a entity to take form at any moment.
And needless to say, you grab a bite. The radio hisses intensely.
With a stir and fumble, the vessel mass takes frame as the entity's own form.

You slap together a plate with mac and cheese, a spicy sausage, and a little bit of chicken. You set it in the oven to reheat.

Gayle: Recently, it's summer after all.
Colbrie: Warm seasons are just like that, cooking outdoors. Least I'm told.

You walk back to the other room to grab your radio. Colbrie takes the moment to pause and eat some of the food you've given him. He seems plenty happy.
Gayle: So what do we need to do?
Colbrie: Set the channel frequency to one adjacent to the number station..

Colbrie: The closer the signal, the more tapped in. Going straight to the source could be dangerous, need all the protection you can get.
Colbrie: And as much as I can protect you, I think we need a second hand here...
You tune in, picking up someone really quickly.
You can see them faintly, fishing around the kitchen for material to take as a vessel.
