[LOGS] Rags + Friends Diary - skinstealer - 01-14-2023

[DIGITAL_HORROR]:

hi everyone! we've decided to make a diary...log....thing of our adventures together! all of my friends are on the same page with it, and it's something we've discussed pretty extensively.

first off: my most active friend, wiggles! it uses it/its pronouns and is an inktrail i gave a custom pattern during the creation process. this is something people will be able to do when they get their hands on the game with a bit of modding know-how, and i'm probably going to offer a service where i can give your friends little makeovers if they want any modifications! but for now, wiggles (and mocha, who i'll introduce next), are the only ones with purposeful custom stuff.

so that's wiggles! it's definitely the most active of my guys, and i know that it wants to make new friends soon outside of our game...

next up is mocha, my second most active pet. she's a lot more articulate than wiggles, despite both of them being made around the same time- i don't think this has anything to do with "intelligence", though, i genuinely just think that wiggles likes talking the way it does and mocha likes talking the same way she does. it just works for both of them.

mocha is also modified! she seems to like feeling soft and cute, and while i don't know what "flavor" she is as a result of my modifications (or if that even matters? all i know is that allsorts in real life are made of licorice...), she has kind of a coffee feel, hence the name.

as you can probably tell, wiggles and mocha are in a relationship- i had no idea if this would be possible, but it is! they're very sweet on each other, though sometimes things are kind of on and off.

this is party, one of the three crackles i have staying with me. they do their own thing a lot of the time, and go on a lot of adventures outside the game...but they seem to like that wandering lifestyle.

here's zesty, he's got fluff in his eyes in this pic. he doesn't leave the house nearly as much, and likes playing games with me. well, watching me play games.

speckle's up next, and he's an interesting case. i didn't actually adopt him, he just...showed up. we don't really know what's going on with him, and he's pretty nonverbal...i'm hoping i can help him make friends soon, because he has a lot of trouble with it.

they're a modified pompet, and kind of goes it alone a lot of the time. they don't seem to mind much, though!

that's the whole gang...we've been considering welcoming another friend to the family, but we might wait until we have more toys and resources in the game.

good afternoon, forums! we're here with another update...

i teamed up with [PASSWORD_JOURNAL] today to schedule a visit between our friends, and everyone involved agreed to talk about how it went and share some choice logs! i try to check in on that stuff whenever i can, because obviously some things are just more personal to us and our life together.

love letter made it here a-okay! she's crush's little inktrail companion, and a really silly friend. she and wiggles have talked over text a few times with me and crush sending messages back and forth- kind of convoluted, but it works.

things seemed to go okay at first, with mocha and LL being super polite to each other...but while i was afk, they ended up getting into a fight...

when i came back, LL was rolling all over the place, avoiding mocha completely! both of them wanted to keep the logs and argument itself private, but mocha wants say "let the record show, LL's the one who said mean words first > Sad

" LL didn't disagree when i asked her.

the two of them kept their distance for the rest of the visit, but at the very least, stayed civil. LL even tried on some of our new glasses! i did ask if they wanted a break, and LL asked about wiggles coming out for a visit- of course i said yes, and helped mocha tuck in for the night before getting its attention.

they were happy to finally meet each other "in person"! they chatted for a while about all of the stuff they've been up to, and all of the things they've been watching and reading with crush and i. wiggles even got crush excited to check out "dread falls", our new favorite horror movie...we'll see if crush is brave enough!!

after a while, they decided to sing together...LL made up her own little tune, but wiggles definitely copied uh, all of the terrible music i listen to. still, it was nice!
