Castelia city- a place where decency and integrity go to die; murked by a loan shark for not paying their debt, shot dead in a turf war between street gangs, or simply suffocated by the smoke of the factories. it's definitely not a good place to live- but when the other options are dying suburban towns or the hellhole that is driftveil city; you can't be picky with where you choose to live.
But every story has a protagonist- or at least somebody protagonist adjacent; So let's make one for this drab, violent city.

Name and gender are on a job to job basis, pick up a lot of odd work just to survive and gotta make myself look legit. I'm a Zoroark, take full advantage of the tools that come with it to keep money in my wallet. Folks call me Doc Rawst, there's a story behind that for another day.

most people call you "gossamer." you try not to get too involved in the shadier dealings of the city - pidove like you aren't exactly known for being particularly strong or intimidating - but you're not always that lucky. you white out the gender marker on any personal document you think you can get away with.

Right- so they're a Meowth named Tony Rawst with a Complicated Gender Identity- Can't say i've heard that name before.
So, i have more questions.

Pronouns? Most people just use chef, you know, chef/chef, "thats chefs thing, chef did it, yes chef" chef doesn't know why, chef doesn't even cook well. Chefs definitely some sort of twinkish kantonian though.
