make some cereal or toast or something - a 'traditional' type of breakfast food, yknow, the kind that Real Normal People TM eat. get her that Real Normal People experience.
once it's ready you can go knock and call in to her, say something like "hey, your breakfasts on the table" so she doesn't feel like you're rushing her but still has a pretty good reason to Hurry Up
also, yes, you have to do all of this whilst still tired. im sorry.

even if she doesn't eat we should still make something to eat. buuuut if she does do we have eggs and bacon? we could do two eggs and a few strips of bacon in a smiley face shape...
