Now, something I never got in my original playthrough was a certain reward called Skill Share, this requires completing a Boneyard run with a Collarless cat, and a problem that ability deck has is that the effective spells tend to be high cost for what they can do. The Mind Stone changes that, and the previous night we got a kitten with just the right ability and stat spread to take its effect even further, meet Angus!
Now that we have several good cats, we put them in our poop room to get some disorders. That takes a few days, but the kittens that show up are still useful for leveling Tink to make breeding easier. Eventually we get 2 cats with disorders and one is new, it's Stockholm Syndrome! As we are also out of food after that, it's time to send the cats off into this stormy day...

Now, our inventory is full of fish because Mimi rolled Survivalist, also granting us a Water Bottle which she swaps with Fred's Breakfast as the rain will continually recharge the bottle. Overall the party is heavily kitted out, and we'll be using Wrath of God and knockback a lot to speed up minor battles.
A big thing to note is that the combination of trample and Stockholm Syndrome effectively gives Fred 3 thorns against any attack in his movement range, with Antenna also firing off twice if he reaches the attacker, bringing the damage per retaliation to 5!
While Angus' rolled abilities aren't too impressive, the Mind Stone lets him Hop around at a very discounted cost.
Magnify on Mimi will let us handle any bunched up units, but otherwise she is our usual type of Hunter given the last few.
As we start on the Alley, the storm starts to intensify, with wind blowing our cats around, but first few battles are trivialised by Mr. Fat repeatedly using Wrath of God. These Tom Toms are not having a good time, with our Stockholm Syndrome tank constantly running into them.

Party Changes:
Tank Fred
+Clap

Hunter Mimi
+Jester's Cap

Cleric Mr. Fat
-Cheese
+Seed Bombs
+Divine Gift

Collarless Angus
-Rocket Launcher
+Cheese

We're fighting Maisie again, this time with Thorns, not a big issue with our HP levels. Fred goes for a Clap to slam her kittens into her, immediately downing one as she swaps to protect it! Bodyguard and trample then takes out and stuns another pair, who thought it would be a good idea to pick on Mimi while her back was turned. Now we can't use Wrath of God without damaging our own cats here, so we heal Mimi's previous damage, and use that to buff Mr. Fat with Divine Gift.
Mimi's area attack circumvents the swapping to take out another kitten, and at the end of the turn the wind crushes the last kitten between Fred and a rock, so now we are just going to heal up our cats while we wait for Maisie to flee, and that's the miniboss done!
The hard route starts off with Fred doing very fascinating shmovement that blasts a Mangie's entourage with lightning, even if it costs him half his health. Instead we focus on the box while the enemy feeds itself into a woodchipper. This continues in the next battle but with the water bottle, cheese, and Mr. Fat's efforts he stays about 50% HP.
Unfortunately we have a much bigger problem now! Mr. Fat has contracted Rabies! With only 6 more battles before he loses his sanity, I don't think we will be taking him all the way to the Boneyard...

Until Mr. Fat reaches level 4, we are going to keep the Fuzzy Dice on him, hoping for a +2 INT to extend his sane period, but the lack of healing attack has locked him out of 2 of his abilities, with Holy Weapon being useless and Divine Gift not receiving the discount! So all we can do is use him as a melee fighter...
Angus fares better, with Poison and Confusion using the boss's extra turns against it. We try to give Fred some thorns with Mimi but the lightning and stockholm syndrome stun her instead, so that is out of the question. However unlike other times we have fought Radical Rat, the weather is preventing it from lighting bombs, so instead it is throwing them!
As the battle rages on, the boss keeps taking strikes and confusion from Fred and Angus, slowing it down immensely. Finally, Mimi finishes it off. Now we can get the cats out of this storm!

As we enter the Junk Yard, Fred runs out of free refills for the Water Bottle, but we have plenty of other healing items! So he gets a fish to make up for our cleric being unable to heal. The various enemies we confront go down easily due to Fred and Mimi's versatile attack abilities, with little health lost.

Party Changes:
Tank Fred
-Water Bottle
+A Snack
+Epiphany

Hunter Mimi
+Strange Marble
+Move Again
+Host

Cleric Mr. Fat
+Seed Bombs

-3 battles remain

And Trampy is back with another really nasty buff, at least my party has some options to reduce mana damage... We swap in a spiderling with Fred and set up Bodyguard to prevent any first turn crits from the miniboss, while setting up our status effects.
Thankfully Fred's high HP and Bodyguard are adsorbing all of the critical hits Trampy is throwing out, even if it's kind of a lot for a tank to take on, but I don't think we can move him out of danger in time as somehow the miniboss has hit him with the slow status. We finish off the trashbag with Mr. Fat, but can't reach Fred to clear the creep with seed bomb, at least Trampy chooses to take a nap, letting us rescue the tank. One Grooming later and he is back to normal condition!
Of course, due to the accumulated bodyguard stacks, Fred is eventually downed anyway, but the end is in sight! Mimi finishes them off with a flurry of needle shots. Finally, Mr. Fat levels up, +2 INT is immediately available to keep him going longer. The shop yields us a Bozo but otherwise isn't very interesting...

Going along the normal route, we don't encounter many issues, though keeping Fred's HP high is an issue. If only we had cleric heals...

Party Changes:
Tank Fred
-A Snack
+Breakfast

Hunter Mimi
-Muzzle
+Jester Cap
+Bozo

Cleric Mr. Fat
-Jester Cap
-Fuzzy Dice
-Bird Feed
+A Snack
+Bag of Chum

At the boss fight, we see Nubs has a mildly worrying buff, Flaming! But we set up the cats as usual, grabbing pickups with Fred to boost his HP as much as possible, while killing bugs with Mr. Fat to get Morale Boosts.
Using our Finger Bone, we immobilise Nubs for a bit, given their proximity to Chubs, they shouldn't be able to threaten our cats much and be vulnerable to Chub's flailing. But instead it seems like it just slowed them down slightly... The escalating all stats up stacks however let us move Mimi into range and also take a health pickup in the same turn, handy!
Fred manages to knock Chubs into the creep, keeping them contained for now, while we continue to pile on confusion stacks with Angus. Unfortunately they focus Mr. Fat and down him! With the creep about to destroy his corpse, we have to use two Swaps, to pull him out of that pool. Thankfully, that's the end for Chubs, and we can clear Mimi's poison easily with Fred!
As the bomb is set, we now have a new problem, Mr. Fat is exposed, swapping with Fred pulls his body into cover, but with no way to get back, we have to use Needle Shot to trigger Stockholm Syndrome into luring him back! So we leverage Move Again and Pica, to heal up Mimi with the coins Chubs conveniently left behind, and shoot Fred bringing him back into cover and also halving Mimi's HP. As the bomb goes off, somehow not harming the bugs, we managed to save all of our cats!
Moving on to the graveyard, the zombies we face do not pose much of a threat, as we have a source of infested to keep them from from eating corpses, and after the first battle Mr. Fat levels up again, giving us an opportunity to eke out a little extra time by further increasing his intelligence! Even a pack of Werecats doesn't manage to phase our cats much, with Wrath of God still a very viable way to gain a lot of morale boosts.

Party Changes:
Tank Fred
+Fault Line

Hunter Mimi
-Jester Cap
+Spider Egg
+Hedge In

Cleric Mr. Fat
-A Snack
+Rusting Helmet
+Metal Plate
-1 battle remains!

Collarless Angus
+Jester Cap
[Image: Iq8uK5r.png]
On our first turn of the rematch, we start off healing up our cats while we wait for Mr. Fat to cast Wrath of God, and also set up Angus' status effects to hopefully force Mama Maggot to waste turns. We manage to net 5 stacks of All Stats up, a very nice boost even without healing to fill the extra max HP.
The beatdown proceeds quickly, and the miniboss can't seem to place maggots in areas that don't immediately result in them being crushed underfoot by Fred. Mimi then gibs the maggot queen, freeing all the spiderlings that contributed.
In the shop, we notice an item that increases INT if it breaks. So we are going to try that on Mr. Fat to see if it will help with the madness issue we will face next battle. That loadout is a bit grisly, though...
Immediately after, Angus finds a fax machine, and turns it on, seems like it's magic and we can't say no to duplicated items!
In the next battle, we are now facing a cat completely overtaken by Rabies, that will be able to cast Wrath of God and gain buffs from that, so we have to be careful here. Moving Mr. Fat into position with Fred, we also wall up with crates to prevent taking hefty damage from the boosted strength of a rabies swipe. Unfortunately, we didn't immobilise Fred and stockholm syndrome sends him running to his doom... but the skull cap did allow Mr. Fat to come to his senses, it seems. Thankfully we easily mop up the remaining enemies with Mimi and Angus.

+Skull Cap
+Body Guard Upgrade

Hunter Mimi

With the boss in sight and a mad cat in tow, we need to turtle up until the Dybbuk handles him. Angus starts on that while Fred swaps in Mr. Fat and heals up. Despite the boss' backflip, we can still hit them with Mimi's magnified attacks, getting those leeches for extra health drain.
Unfortunately, Fred soon goes down, as the summoned ghosts were too much for him, but both remaining cats should be able to handle this! But as the Dybbuk possesses Mr. Fat, Angus falls prey to the speed and damage a rabies cat can inflict!
Thankfully, the boss has used the chum bag to surround our hunter, which saves her from the mauling Mr. Fat can inflict. With a few needle shots we eject the dybbuk. But with these bugs surrounding Mimi now, we will have to carefully use Magnify to break out of this lock.
Of course, first task is to kill the boss with it, putting a stop to these annoying ghost shenanigans! Without a reason to fight, all the summons run and the battle is complete!
Now that we have completed both ends of this route, we can go to the Desert and do sidequests! And we also unlocked thematic passives for each cat! But first we'll need a cat with a mutation for the mad doctor...
